She is the visionary Founder and CVO of the Black Business Initiative, the catalyzing force behind the AYA Foundation, the New Community Transformation Fund - Denver, and the EDA for Black Communities. Her business acumen is further enriched by her academic prowess, having graduated Cum Laude with a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Amridge University.
Residing between Atlanta, Georgia, and Denver, Colorado, Jice's approach to work-life integration transcends conventional boundaries.
